LIFE-COACHING 6-WEEK COURSE – SESSION 1
Thank you for a joining the growing crowd of mindfulness practitioners!
We greatly learn from listening to each-others experiences and I am thankful for the openness in which you entered the into the experience.
In this e-mail, you will find the home assignments, the links to the guided meditations, workbook, and additional material.
What to do this coming week?
Read the additional information on the subjects we discussed in the workbook.
Pay extra attention to the part on mindful listening, we will practice this in our next session.
Practice the guided body scan meditation every day and journal about your insights and experiences.
To examine the autopilot, choose an activity from your daily routine and try to be aware of the activity moment by moment.
Look back at the goals you have identified during the session and take the first required steps for each goal. You can watch the youtube video on how to get out of the habit of procrastinating…. 5,4,3,2,1, GO!!
You can make a vision board (online or on paper) to create a visual representation of your goal. Make sure to keep it inspiring, uplifting and exciting!
Remember that consistent practice is the key to success of this training.
