GET READY FOR YOUR YOGA CLASS

Here are some tips for getting the most out of your yoga class:
- Bring your yoga mat (we have spare ones) and water bottle
- Arrive 10 min before your yoga class to check in and settle yourself
- Clean our studio mat after use with the spray provided
- Register yourself and book your yoga class online
- Please be quiet in the yoga room to connect to yourself
- Phones on flight mode to support your focus during class
- Keep your valuables with you in the room, doors are locked during class
- Please contact us before class in case of pregnancy or severe health issues
- Come with an open mind and enjoy the re-aligning of your body, mind and soul
