The government announced to take additional measurements to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
From next week we will offer online yoga classes – as soon as technical possible – to serve those who want to practice with us from their safe mat at home…
We kindly ask you to NOT come to yogazone if you have a cold, cough, sore throat or fever.
Please wash your hands before entering class, and bring your own yogamat, props, blanket & towel.
Since it’s not sure how long the virus holds on fabric, tissues etc….it won’t be possible to use studio mats, bolsters, blocks, straps & blankets for the coming weeks to avoid spreading the virus. Please bring your own.
We have disinfecting cleaning material available in case you use a studio mat, we kindly ask you to help us clean the mat if you need to use ours.
Keep from touching your face during class, use a paper tissue to blow your nose or to sneeze.
People with underlying illnesses, weakened immune system, and the elderly are advised to avoid large groups and public spaces.
At yogazone we have capacities of around 20 people per class. We will temporarily lower our capacity to 10 people per class, creating enough space between mats to follow the advice of keeping ‘social distance’.
There will be no ‘hands on’ adjustments, and we advise to respect the ‘social distance’ by not touching other students either.
We thoroughly clean the yoga mats, and we constantly clean the entire studio. Of course our teachers will stay home when they have possible symptoms.
Please keep an eye on our schedule in case we need to cancel classes.
